Usage resets and reset credit grants are different events. An announcement stays unconfirmed until the source records completion. Expected times never confirm an event automatically. Confirmation posts may appear after accounts receive a reset.
Probabilities are estimated from historical reset intervals and use the same check time as the event records. The first date covers only the remaining hours. “Later” covers dates after the three shown. Estimates are hidden when unavailable, older than 24 hours, or from a previous Beijing date. The historical model has not been independently calibrated. An explicit announcement takes precedence.
